Home.

We are home from Peru.
It was absolutely fantastic!
But, we are worn out from travelling now.
Nobody thought the day would ever come :)

We are re-grouping here in CA before we drive to Sammamish next week.
Here is our token photo from the trip.
I love everything about this picture.
I have wanted to go to Peru/Machu Picchu for longer than I can remember.  I have been especially fixated on it for about the last 5 years.  Plans changed about a thousand times and a bunch of things got in the way... but I am proud that I set the goal to do this and have now achieved it!

I had really high expectations for Machu Picchu.  And would you believe, they were surpassed! After spending a few hours exploring and just staring at this place I thought "Wow, I could die happy!"  Machu Picchu is truly majestic and overwhelming when you are actually there.
I urge anyone who has any desire to go to Machu Picchu to make sacrifices to get there!  And I even have some good news for you.  I took notes on travel tips for Peru, and I even tracked every penny we spent, including each sole it cost to use the restroom... so I have a perfect breakdown of what things really cost and how our money was allocated.

I am wondering how I'll ever catch up on blogging... I've been sorting through photos, but lets just say there are a lot.

We missed T so much and our reunion yesterday was a happy one!  She is such a delight and we are all happy to be together again.

Until the next post,
XO!
Stefanie

Howdy this is kinda of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG
editors or if you have to manually code with HTML.
I'm starting a blog soon but have no coding skills so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience. Any help would be enormously appreciated!
