Luck o the Irish

Our St. Patricks day meal was infinitely better this year than last. It's all about the tender corned beef. I tried a new recipe and boy did it work! So well in fact, that we bought another corned beef on sale the next day! Can't wait to do it all over again!

Scott did not get his Leprechaun costume out this year. I'm crossing my fingers for next March!

All right- you can't tease us like that and then not tell us the secret of the most tender corned beef! (that's a lot trickier than good hard boiled eggs!) Scott, were th' winds not a'blowin' just right, or why did inspiration not strike this year on the leprechaun costume?

We made this too, so yummy! Except, it didn't appeal to my pregnant stomach the next day haha
